Management reports and owner distributions are completed, sent, and deposits made directly into your bank account by the 10th of each month. Investors also receive electronic statements with specific line-item detail for all monthly activity (also available through our on-line portal).

As your managing agent, we are always working to lower risk and expenses. Upon move-in, we take extensive photos, meticulous notes, and make sure all systems in place are working properly. We inspect all individual properties quarterly, and have a pro-active maintenance plan for all managed assets.
We look at our relationship as a partnership with our clients both tenants, owners, and board members. As such we align our interests to best satisfy the requirements of the asset and the goals of the ownership. We are accountable to you and to your collective community.

Reviewing the declaration, master deed, by laws, amendments, rules & regulations, we do it all. Then we work with the community to help raise awareness of what is allowed and why. Obtaining compliance is much easier through communication and education.
