Julia Nefedova

Get to know Julia! Originally from Latvia in Eastern Europe, she embarked on a new chapter at 18, moving to England to earn her bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management. After completing her studies, Julia lived in Manchester before making the move to the charming Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, which she called home for nearly nine years. Recently, she made the move to Bluffton after purchasing a property there two years ago.

Julia's background in private golf and yacht clubs has equipped her with a strong foundation in hospitality, management, customer service, and marketing. She's also become well-acquainted with the local area and is continuously expanding her understanding of real estate. Currently, as an Assistant Property Manager with AIM, Julia enjoys assisting with leasing, property showings, inspections, marketing, and keeping everyone well-informed.
