Toni Phillips

Meet Toni! She's a true Bluffton native, born and raised right in South Carolina. With over a decade of experience in the Association and Property Management world, Toni has developed a genuine passion for helping people. Her four and a half years as an On-Site Assistant Manager provided her with a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of community living.

Toni absolutely loves connecting with residents, whether it's helping them find the perfect rental home or guiding them through the ARB request process to enhance their already beautiful properties. Seeing people achieve their goals and ensuring their needs are met is what truly motivates her each day.

Outside of work, Toni is a dedicated mother to her wonderful son, whose busy schedule of sports and extracurricular activities keeps her on her toes. She expertly balances her professional life with the joys and responsibilities of motherhood, a challenge she embraces wholeheartedly! You'll find Toni is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about helping others.
